How Matches Are Played

Whether you join a ladder or a tournament, matches on 1Caribbean.gg are coordinated through the website and Discord to keep competition fair, transparent, and organized.

Join a Ladder or Tournament

Ladders: Join at any time and send challenges to other players.

Tournaments: Join the event and wait for brackets to be generated when the tournament starts to see your assigned opponent.

Find & Add Your Opponent

Visit your opponent’s profile on 1Caribbean.gg to find their Discord username and gamer tag.

Each player has a gamer tag listed on their profile so opponents can add each other directly in-game. Players are encouraged to keep their game tags updated to make setup easier.

Create a Match Coordination Thread

Go to the Match Coordination channel in Discord and create a public thread for your match.

Name the thread using both players’ names and tag your opponent inside the thread. All match discussion must stay inside this thread.

Example:
PlayerA vs @PlayerB – FC26 Ladder
PlayerA vs @PlayerB – FC26 Tournament

Schedule & Play the Match

Agree on a date and time inside the thread, then play the match using the registered platform and settings.

Use the appropriate chat channels: Tournament Chat or Ladder Chat.

Report Results on the Dashboard

After the match, both players must report or confirm results on their Dashboard so ladders and brackets update correctly.

If there is a dispute, open a ticket in the Disputes channel and provide screenshots or video proof.
